Be sure to check the notification settings in the Settings for PhotoMind. Some times you will need to change your Notification settings on the phone. There are even occasions that the phone will need to be restarted after making these changes for them to work.

You may find that the notification will work on the phone but not the watch. If this is the case then go to the My Watch section of the settings and then make sure that Notifications for PhotoMind are enabled.
